Senior Software Engineer NYC, Hybrid
The role
You'd be one of our first engineers, working directly with the two founders. You'd own big parts of the codebase and have a real say in how we build it. The work spans the whole stack: frontend, backend, and the infrastructure underneath.
What you'd do
- Build features start to finish, and keep them running after they ship
- Set the tools and conventions the rest of the team builds on
- Work with early users to figure out what to build next
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production software, ideally B2B SaaS or data-heavy tools
- Real depth somewhere in the stack: backend, data, or product frontend
- You reach for simple, well-tested code over clever code
- You're comfortable owning work when the problem isn't fully defined yet
- You write clearly and work well with a small team
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, HR tech, or other workflow-heavy business tools
- TypeScript, React, and Postgres
- Some grounding in compensation, sales ops, or finance
- You've worked at an early-stage startup before
Senior Product Designer NYC, Hybrid
The role
You'd be our first design hire, working directly with the two founders. You'd own the design of whole product areas, from early research to the last details before they ship.
What you'd do
- Design whole product areas, from first sketch to shipped screen
- Talk to comp managers, finance teams, and operators, and let what you learn drive the work
- Grow the design system as the product grows
- Prototype fast and change direction on real user feedback
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or data-heavy tools
- A portfolio with real depth in interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft
- You can hold both the small details and the whole system in your head
- Strong in Figma and comfortable prototyping to high fidelity
- You write clearly and work well with a small team
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, HR tech, or other workflow-heavy business tools
- You've helped build and maintain a design system
- Some grounding in compensation, sales ops, or finance
- A bit of front-end coding ability
